Doctors Nels and Kimberly Larsen are the licensed Chiropractic Physicians at In& Out Chiropractic in Laveen, AZ. In their practice they treat adults and children of all ages with a variety of Chiropractic conditions. In addition to Chiropractic services, they provide expertise in nutrition, sports injury management and neuromuscular reeducation.
In office services include Chiropractic, myofascial release, custom made orthotics, corrective exercises, and lifestyle advice. Oftentimes patients are treated for work related injuries, auto accidents or injuries resulting from the hazards of the modern work environment on computers. Patients also seek care in order to gain a competitive, winning edge in sports.
Doctors Nels and Kimberly earned Bachelors Degrees of Science in Nutrition from The University of Nevada Reno. They earned their Doctor of Chiropractic degrees at Life University where they also earned Master of Sport Health Science degrees with an emphasis in managing sports injuries. Both Doctors are registered dieticians, Certified Neuromuscular Therapists, and Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioners.
Doctors Nels and Kimberly live in the Laveen community near Phoenix, AZ. where they actively support local charities and civic organizations. They live an active lifestyle that includes running, lifting weights, hiking, cooking, golfing and riding their horses.
